Our EQ sessions are based on the Mindful Habits cards to help kids build self-awareness, cooperate with others, build resilience and make responsible decisions in a high pressure and evolving world. Created and led by Kellie Wong, a certified MindfulKids® Coach with 10 years experience supporting children’s emotional development and reducing tantrums in Hong Kong.
The curriculum combines mindfulness, social emotional learning and art expression to give kids a safe space to open up about school, family, friendship stresses and learn healthier coping strategies to deal with frustrations.
