Parenting Coaching

All parents need support, whether it’s dealing with burnout, behavioural challenges at home. I am here to walk you through effective, evidence-based emotion regulation and communication tools that help you support your children’s emotional development.

I have been supporting children and parents to reduce behavioural challenges, strengthen parent-child relationships and restore family harmony, and know it is possible for you to experience positive changes with your family. After our session, you will be able to understand your parenting patterns and begin to create a space where both you and your children feel understood.
